Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online store www.blackopsammo.com operated by TB13 Real Estate GmbH.
Conflicting customer terms shall not apply unless we expressly agree to them in writing.

3. Products and Use

We sell freely available projectiles for CO₂ markers such as HDR50 / TR50, HDR68 / TR68 and HDS68 / TS68.

These products:

  • are not regulated under German weapons law

  • have no age restriction

  • may be purchased freely

The customer is responsible for the proper use of the projectiles in their marker.

4. Safety and Proper Use

Our projectiles are intended solely for training and recreational use.
They must only be used on non-living, stationary, soft targets (e.g., foam or styrofoam).

The following safety instructions must be observed:

  • Do not aim at humans or animals.

  • Projectiles must not be swallowed – choking hazard.

  • Keep out of reach of small children.

  • Wear appropriate protective gear (e.g., safety glasses).

  • Do not modify, alter or misuse the projectiles.

  • Use only in accordance with applicable laws and local regulations.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these safety instructions. Any violation is at the customer's own risk.

5. Contract Conclusion

The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.
A purchase contract is concluded when:

  • the customer submits the order via the online order form, and

  • we confirm the order by email.

We reserve the right to reject orders in individual cases.

6. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are final prices in EUR and include statutory VAT.
Shipping costs are displayed separately during the checkout process.

7. Payment

The following payment methods are available through Wix Payments:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

The amount is charged when the order process is completed.

8.2 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.
Holidays, weekends and international processing delays may affect delivery times.

8.3 Delivery Address Data

The customer is responsible for providing correct address information.
Costs arising from incorrect address details shall be borne by the customer.

9. Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of TB13 Real Estate GmbH until full payment has been received.

10. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
Details and consequences of withdrawal are described in our Withdrawal Policy.

11. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights pursuant to §§ 434 ff. BGB (German Civil Code) apply.

12. Liability

We are fully liable for damages resulting from:

  • injury to life, body or health (if caused by negligent or intentional breach of duty by us),

  • intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty,

  • breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).
    In such cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.

Otherwise, our liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

We are particularly not liable for damages resulting from:

  • improper or unintended use of our projectiles

  • shooting at humans or animals

  • disregard of our safety instructions

  • damage to CO₂ markers caused by misuse

  • using the projectiles in devices for which they are not suitable

  • modified, altered or technically manipulated devices

  • usage contrary to legal regulations

  • lack of protective equipment

  • consequences of negligent, intentional or otherwise irresponsible customer behavior

The customer bears full responsibility for the safe and lawful use of the products.

13. Data Protection

14. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution:

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

15. Applicable Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

16. Place of Jurisdiction

Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of our company in 49448 Lemförde, Germany.
 

17. Bonus Program

Bonus programs, rewards, and other benefits are voluntary services provided by TB13 Real Estate GmbH and do not constitute any entitlement to future benefits. The terms of participation and the benefits may be changed or discontinued at any time.

18. Trademark Notice

The names Umarex, T4E, HDR50 / TR50, HDR68 / TR68, and HDS68 / TS68 are registered trademarks of Umarex GmbH & Co. KG.
They are used in these Terms & Conditions and on our website solely to describe the compatibility of our projectiles.
Black Ops Ammo is not affiliated with Umarex, and no partnership, sponsorship, or licensing relationship exists.
