Withdrawal Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email).

You may use the withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including standard delivery costs
(except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us),
without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for the refund.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods — whichever occurs first.
Return of Goods
You must return the goods without delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Value Reduction
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.
